Attention Artificial Intelligence Professionals:
This semester, I am offering a course for our MSc students, entitled Special Topics in AI. The course will be organized as a series of presentations. If you are a NEARBY prof, or researcher, or an MSc or PhD student of AI, and would like to present ideas, theories, or proven facts on recent advances and discoveries in Artificial Intelligence, contact me, please.
By the way, I am a professor in the Department of Computer Science at University of Tabriz. I spent the academic year 2012-2013, as a Visiting Professor, in Middle East Technical University at Northern Cyprus.
I received a B.Sc. degree in Mathematics from University of Tabriz in 1971, an M.S.Eng. degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Princeton University in 1978, and a Ph.D. degree in Computing and Information Science from Queen's University. Before returning to graduate school in 1992, I worked with AT&T Bell Laboratories for several years. After completion of my Ph.D. degree in 1996, I worked for several months as a Post-Doctoral Fellow with Software Technology Laboratory of the Department of Computing and Information Science at Queen's University.
My Ph.D. research, supervised by Dr. David A. Lamb, was on Behavioral Views for Software Requirements Engineering. The areas of my Research and Teaching Interests include Software Engineering, and Computer Science.
